For pre-order items, payment is charged immediately at checkout. The estimated shipping date is provided on the product page and is an estimate, subject to change due to manufacturing or shipping delays. You will be notified of any significant delays.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or a mistake on our part.
