Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All ready-stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

For pre-order items, please refer to the specific estimated delivery window mentioned on the product page (typically 4-6 weeks after the pre-order period closes). If your order contains both ready-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order items arrive.

2. Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)

We offer shipping across Malaysia (West & East Malaysia) using reliable courier partners. A flat shipping rate applies based on your region, and is displayed at checkout.

  • West Malaysia: 1-3 business days
  • East Malaysia: 3-7 business days

3. International Shipping (Singapore & Others)

We currently offer international shipping to Singapore. Delivery times typically range from 5-10 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs and taxes applied to their order.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages & Lost Packages

Bravemy Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
